Using The Great Work: Self-Knowledge and Healing Through the Wheel of the Year and The Noble Art: From Shadow to Essence Through the Wheel of the Year to provide a framework for the inner journey and the Soul Alchemist Journal to track the experience, this year long journey invites the development of a deep and courageous relationship with self.
The 2024 – 2025 rotation of Soul Alchemy Group Therapy will be presented through the particular lens of Cinematherapy. Weaving together the personal, interpersonal, and transpersonal, the first and second sessions of each Cycle will include “movie homework” in alignment with the Cycle themes. Discussion points and personal prompts will invite a deeper exploration into your own healing journey. The third session of each Cycle will focus on integrating the insights revealed from the preceding weeks.

Cost: £1,200 which can be paid monthly in 12 instalments. Special rate of £1,000 if paid in full before first session.
